What do you need to do before weighing the feeder?
- 2019-05-15-

The weighing feeder is an ideal equipment for continuous weighing and feeding of loose powder materials. It is a new generation product that is improved according to the existing process conditions in China. It is advanced in technology, stable and reliable, cost-effective and durable. And famous. It is not only suitable for corrosive environments such as acid, alkali, salt and atmosphere. It is widely used in building materials, metallurgy, electric power, chemical industry, coal, coking, mining, tobacco, food, environmental protection, port and other occupations. The measurement accuracy error is ≤1%. Ideal for replacing imported equipment.

Before using the dosing machine for weighing feed, it is necessary to install and schedule the equipment safely, and then ensure the accuracy of the weighing feed. The first thing to do is to dispatch the two belt tensioning bolts of the weighing and feeding equipment in order to adjust the tension of the belt; at the same time, the positive pressure belt roller is straightened to the direction in which the belt runs.

It is required that there should be an interval of about 1 cm between the belt rollers and the belts on both sides of the weighing feeding device, and the spacing between the two sides is flat. If this is not the case, loosen the two setscrews on the belt roller adapter plate and adjust or shape the adapter plate to reach the above requirements.

Don't forget to adjust the height of the baffle so that it fits perfectly with the belt without pressing on the belt; and the plough cleaner at the bottom of the belt, the edge of the rubber plate should be flat and in contact with the belt. Tilt, tighten the tightening screws after dispatching.

It is not necessary to look at the straight scraper plate on the lower side of the blanking direction of the weighing and feeding equipment. The rubber plate edge should be just in contact with the belt, and the belt cannot be pressed. Adjust the tightening screws in the future to fix them. Similarly, the scraper plate at the front of the rear roller is just overlapped with the rear roller and adheres to 0.1-0.2 mm of open space.

After adjusting properly, check all the screws on the weighing feeder to see if there is any looseness. If it is loose, be sure to tighten it. Check the gear unit and the motor for looseness and displacement during transportation. If necessary, adjust and fix it.
