Before using the dosing machine for the weighing feeder, it is necessary to adjust the equipment, and then ensure the accuracy of the weighing feeder. The first thing to do is to adjust the two belt tensioning bolts of the weighing feeder equipment, in order to adjust the tension of the belt; at the same time, the positive pressure belt roller is straightened to the direction of the belt running.
It is required that the weigh feeder machine should have a distance of about 1 cm between the two belt rollers and the belt, and the distance between the two sides is flat. If you are not satisfied, loosen the two fixing screws on the belt roller adapter plate and adjust or shape the adapter plate to meet the above requirements. Don't forget to adjust the height of the baffle so that it fits perfectly with the belt, not on the belt; and the plough cleaner at the bottom of the belt, so that the edge of the rubber blade should be flat and touch the belt, no Tilt, adjust and tighten the fastening screws.
The second thing to check is the straight scraper plate on the lower side of the blanking direction of the weighing feeder equipment. The rubber plate edge should just touch the belt and not press the belt. After adjustment, tighten the fastening screws to secure them. Similarly, the scraper plate at the front of the rear roller is just overlapped with the rear roller and adheres to a 0.1-0.2 mm gap. After adjusting properly, check all the screws on the weighing feeder to see if there is any looseness. If it is loose, be sure to tighten it. Check the gear unit and the motor for looseness and displacement during transportation. If necessary, adjust and fix it.
For the weighing section of the weighing feeder system, the load cell is its core location, so it is essential to understand its working principle. In fact, it is very simple, it is to convert the component signal into an electrical signal, after the external amplifier and AD conversion, enter the microprocessor operation.
At present, most of the weighing feeder systems use a resistance strain type load cell, and the elastic body is elastically deformed under the action of an external force, so that the resistance strain gauge attached to the outer surface is also deformed along with the resistance strain gauge. After the deformation, its resistance value will change, and then the resistance change is converted into an electrical signal by the corresponding measuring circuit, and then the process of converting the external force into an electrical signal is completed.
It can be seen that the resistance strain gauge, the elastomer and the detection circuit are the main parts that are not missing in the resistance strain type load cell. The elastic body here is a structural member with a special shape. Its function is to accept the external force of the load cell on the one hand, and react to the external force to achieve a relative static balance; on the other hand, a high-quality strain occurs. The field makes the resistance strain gauges posted in this area ideal for the conversion of the strain electrical signals, and then meets the operational requirements of the weighing feeder system.
