In fact, the main faults in this area are caused by two major parts, mechanical and electronic. At the same time, attention should also be paid to the influence of interference during weighing. The mechanical primary view of the force of the scale body equipment and the weighing roller, the quality of the equipment is critical to the stability of the zero point of the electronic belt scale.

Therefore, in the equipment, the primary scale body should be reasonably resistant to interference, and there should be no uncertain external force acting on the scale. And in normal use, pay attention to the weighing roller to be freely stressed, no material can be stuck between the weighing roller and the stringer, if it is necessary to eradicate in time.

If the weighing material of the biomass material is also selected as the electronic belt scale, since the density of the material is relatively small, the same bandwidth flow rate is much smaller, which causes the weight change to be insignificant, and the sewage treatment equipment increases the metering. The negligence, the special zero point has a significant impact on the metering effect.

In order to solve this problem, on the one hand, it is necessary to lower the speed of the belt conveyor, and the slower the better, the more accurate the metering is.
